| “My husband Ryan and I were ready to buy our first home, however we both have very specific needs. We were

was absolutely perfect! We toured the home and fell in love, but then we found out it was selling as a short sale. As

through this process. We put the offer in at the end of January and we closed in April! The home inspection, water
test and all sorts of other tests we needed to have to close were completed with ease, and we sat at the closing
table knowing everything before we arrived. Though this is the first home my husband and I have ever purchased,
we both understand how this process could get very complicated very quickly. If there ever was a problem,
Jennifer would notify us and we would resolve the issue immediately. She has provided us guidance well beyond
